Horary Workflow

# Horary Workspace

The chart view is the horary reading workspace. It opens after you cast a chart, or when you open one from the Dashboard.

The Horary Workspace is where the cast result turns into a full reading and note-taking environment.

## Header

At the top of the chart view you will see:

- the **Charts** breadcrumb, which takes you back to the Dashboard
- the horary question, with its question type underneath (for example `Occurrence question`)
- the verdict and the confidence bar when the app is activated
- a **Solar conditions** label when the chart has a significant solar condition

If the app is not activated, the header shows **Activate to view verdict and confidence** instead of the verdict.

## Header Actions

The three actions on the right need activation.

- **Share** uses the system share sheet when it is available. Otherwise it copies the share text and chart data to the clipboard.
- **Copy AI prompt** copies a structured horary-analysis prompt, with the chart data, for use in an external AI assistant.
- **Export JSON** downloads the chart data, metadata and notes as a JSON file.

## Chart Wheel

The **Chart wheel** on the left shows the chart's date, time, place and coordinates above the wheel. The wheel draws the houses, the planets, their aspects and the angles (ASC, MC, DSC, IC).

The **Show** menu sets what the wheel shows:

- **All planets**, or one planet, which shows only that planet's aspects and opens its details
- **Dignity and solar markers**, which turns the dignity and solar markers on the planet discs on or off

## The Tabs

Beside the wheel is one row of tabs: **Judgment**, **Dignities**, **Aspects**, **Moon**, **Details** and **Notes**. A **Location clues** tab joins them for supported lost-object questions.

### Judgment

Choose one of three views:

- **Reasoning** lists each testimony with its status, its effect (supports, opposes or neutral) and an impact bar.
- **Factors** shows the houses examined, traditional factors such as perfection and reception, the querent's and quesited's strength, and any timing returned with the chart.
- **Technical** shows the Ascendant, the house system and the engine.

If warning overrides were used when casting, a **Warnings overridden** notice explains which traditional restrictions were bypassed.

### Dignities

Each planet with its sign, house, dignity label and strength. Strength bars show dignity on a -10 to +10 scale, green for positive and red for negative, and `R` marks a retrograde planet.

### Aspects

Each aspect in the chart with:

- the two planets and the aspect
- the orb, labelled Exact (1° or less), Close (3° or less), Moderate (6° or less) or Wide
- the status, Applying or Separating
- when it perfects, or a note such as `Won't perfect before sign change`

Applying aspects are also checked for frustration by a later retrograde turn.

### Moon

- the Moon's current position, house, daily motion and dignity score
- whether the Moon is void of course, and how long until it changes sign
- current Moon aspects
- future Moon aspects over the next 30 days, marked supportive or challenging

### Details

- **Day and hour**: planetary day, planetary hour, Moon phase and Moon mansion
- **End of the matter**: the 4th house cusp and any planets in the 4th
- **Solar conditions**: cazimi, combust and under the beams, or a note that none apply
- **Chart checks**: radicality and void-of-course explanations when there is a problem to explain, such as an early or late Ascendant

### Notes

Write and save notes for this chart with **Edit** and **Save**. Notes support Markdown and are stored on this device. Link templates (voice, video and reference) help you add links.

### Location Clues

Appears only for supported lost-object questions and lays out the chart's location clues.

## Activation

The tab row stays visible before activation, but the analysis area shows **Activate to unlock full analysis** with an **Activate** button that opens Settings.
